Fish is fresh and cooked to perfection. The "Fisherman's Feast", baked combo in a casserole was different and delicious. Blackened catfish is a keeper. Joe's Jambalaya was worthy of a home on Bourbon Street.
Appetizers:

Chowder is the strong point...probably because this place is owned by the Bay State Chowda Company. Phantom was not impressed by the Caesar Salad.
Menu:
9
Baked, broiled, fried, or grilled...you'll find any kind of fish prepared any way you want it. Also a few chicken, pasta, and burger choices
Portions:
9
Enough fish to feed a whale. These are very full portions, from the shrimp scampi to the baked potato.
Service:

Very enthusiastic. The staff is extremely proud of their quality food. Wait staff is smiling, efficient, and helpful.
Atmosphere:
8
Fish shanty motif carried from the outside into the wooden interior. Phantom enjoys this kind of casual, comfortable feeling.
Cleanliness:
8
Everything is quite neat, from the tables to the bathrooms.
Desserts:
7
Key lime pie, usually a must after a seafood dinner, was fairly plain. Fill up on the fish here, desserts are not the strong suit.
Location/Parking:
8
Route 125 in North Andover, about 3 miles from Merrimac College. Large, spacious parking lot.
Value:
9
Bowl of chowder or bisque runs $3.50. Dinners between $9 and $14. Great 8 ounce burger and fries for only $5*. The check is the real catch of the day. *price at time of review
