Chefs Jay and Simon will be presenting oysters prepared in six different ways exploring the enticing flavors of Louisiana.

 

From an Andouille smoked sizzling oyster, a freshly shucked oyster shooter, oysters on the half-shell, deconstructed oyster stew, fried oyster salad and a Carpetbagger Filet Mignon with oyster stuffing.

 

Each accompanied by a complementing libation.

 

Event starts at 6 pm with dinner being served at 6:30. Please join us in sharing our passion for oysters.
